For increase in a speed first you have to use a download manger.
which increase the speed.
2>There is a bandwidth options in download manager.
go to bandwidth options and set the download speed to some value.by default its a unlimited(like i am using broadband my downloading speed is near 200kb/sec than i limit the value to 250 or 300kb/sec.
3>simillar in case of upload limit but now its sufficent to make it 50 kb/sec.
and now you see your speed increasesa..............................
